The GPT Internship Programme

Through our ongoing internship and workplace readiness initiatives, we have proudly partnered with Universities of Technology across South Africa to support students completing their Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) modules. By welcoming these talented individuals into our teams, we provide them with hands-on, practical experience essential for obtaining their national diplomas, bridging the critical gap between academic theory and the modern groundwater consulting sector.

Our commitment to youth development extends far beyond temporary placement, resulting in permanent career opportunities for high-performing individuals. Interns work alongside experienced scientists, technicians, and environmental practitioners, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of disciplines. From participating in fieldwork and site visits to assisting with office-based tasks, data management, and project support, they are given the opportunity to develop both technical and professional skills.
